My partner and I decided to explore the possibility of extending our current property in Wolverton. Within a week I had already had an in depth conversation with Simon regarding our requirements from the project. A feasibility pack was sent over detailing several design options allowing us to make an informed decision on the way forward we wanted to go, and within 2 weeks of instructing the planning application to commence, we had an application in with MK council. We used Simon from H3 House to design our extension to our new home. He was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable about process required and the options available to us. The design was just what we wanted and he incorporated all of our requests.
Drawings were produced very quickly, as we were on a tight timetable, and Simon helped us with getting the design passed the Local Council and Building Control.
Once we appointed a builder to construct our vision he also complimented Simon on the detail and overall quality of the drawings. We would highly recommend using H3 House for all of you architectural needs

They were super responsive and quickly understood our vision on how to make it happen. They gave us some great options that worked well for us, with drawings and imagery which helped bring it all to life before taking the plunge! Great Experience

We approached H3house as we wanted a 2 storey extension and a full house refurbishment. They quickly provided us with a few design options, which was great as we weren’t sure how to achieve what we wanted. I really liked some of the more unique features they provided such as a storage area that doubled up as a window seat.

Once we got planning approval they provided us with construction drawings which enabled us to get accurate quotes from builders. We now have a completed house and extension and couldn’t be more pleased with the space it’s provided. I would definitely recommend H3house.

Measured Survey

Your project will need accurate digital drawings of your existing house. At a convenient time we can visit your house to measure each room. This will allow us to draw your existing house.

Design Proposals

Through our discussions we will have a good idea of your aims. We will provide you with design options to consider and comment on.

Planning Application Drawings

There are different types of applications and we will advise you on what your project requires. Once ready, we will submit your application on your behalf and monitor its progress throughout.

Building Regulation Drawings

Our drawings highlight key pieces of information to ensure your builder understands the requirements and to assist Building Regulation approval.

Construction Drawings

You will get a detailed pack of construction drawings that are easily understood and legible. Perfect to get quotes from builders and for constructing your project.
